Admission Requirements and Application Process

To be considered as a potential student at the DePaul Center, applicants must:
  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or be willing to obtain a GED

  • Have an education or career goal

  • Be between 18 – 55 years of age

  • Be a single male without custody of any dependent children

  • Be drug and alcohol-free (as determined by an initial screening and random testing thereafter)

  • Be eligible for DMHA/HUD “Section 8” Housing (we can assist with determination)

  • Be homeless

  • Make a firm commitment to advancing their personal growth and development towards becoming self-reliant
To apply, please visit the DePaul Center and complete an application and tour the center. Upon completing the application, appropriate candidates will be invited to our three-week Pre-Enty Orientation Program.
